I had an unbelievable day.
In the morning, on my way to work, I took the usual 961.
An old lady sat on my right halfway through the journey.
I'm talkin like really, crinkled old.
But at that point I didn't realise cause I was drowned away by my music and book.
Upon reaching Bukit Timah, the bus made a (maybe sharp) left turn.
And to my horror, the old lady lost her balance and
LITERALLY FELL & KNOCKED HER HEAD!!
It was like in slow motion the moment she fell off.
The China couple behind me and I quickly helped the old lady up.
But I was like afraid to touch cause she seemed so fragile.
The China guy shouted at the bus driver to stop.
At that point, I saw that the old lady's head was bleeding!!
I was like FREAKING OUT!
People were offering their tissues to her.
I immediately exchanged place with her so that I would seat at the outer seat.
I was beginning to feel emotional but I controlled.
I've always have a soft spot for the elderly.
Of course the bus driver called the ambulance but I left before it came
since I was already 15mins late for work.
I wouldn't know what happened to the old lady after that but I hoped she's alright.
I was still in a state of shock at work.
I'll never ride 961 the same way again cause
I would always be reminded of that incident.
The scene replaying at that particular seat.
It's like a phobia whenever I see old people.
Then at work, something hilarious happened
but I can't say it cause it'll ruin MJ's rep.
Met my grandma and cousin after work at CWP.
Had dinner at Banquet.
After that, we wanted to go to the toilet and suddenly I suggested
if we wanna catch a movie.
My grandma was like really?
Haha. So cute.
So end up we watched REC 2 based on impulse.
Sis joined us for the movie and it was her first M18 movie,
watchin with grandma and me!
Hehe.
REC 2 is actually the second part of Quarantine, in Spanish.
It's better with more camera angles and zombie effects.
It has a bit of humor too.
Should go and catch it.
My Rating: 4/5.
